Shipping methods and costs:
• Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL
• Flat rate shipping: €4.99
• Shipping is free for orders over €100.
• Delivery time: approx. 1-2 weeks, as these are handmade products.
A notice:
All garments are handmade with love. Depending on the volume of orders, delivery times may be slightly longer. You will be notified in a timely manner.

Return & Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The following are excluded from revocation:
• Custom-made or personalized items
Cancellation period:
The deadline is 14 days from the day you received the goods.
This is how the return works:
1. Send an informal cancellation notice by email to: simonelorenz@hotmail.com

3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

Right of return
